Luxembourg Venture Capital breakfast in Berlin

On June 21st, the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA), in collaboration with the Business Club Luxemburg (BCL), invited to its first VC breakfast in Berlin. Targeted to VC fund managers, the 2-hours session presented the fund structures most suited to VC firms operating beyond Germany. Home to 19 out of the 20 biggest private equity firms worldwide, Luxembourg features a unique legal framework recognised by managers and investors. With a complete "toolbox" suited for multiple needs, VC funds can find in Luxembourg the most adequate tools to facilitate their fund raising and manage their investments abroad.

Further, the session has been complemented with an overview of VC trends in Europe and the fast-growing VC and entrepreneurial community in Luxembourg.
