Cindy Tereba interviewing Cristina París García
CT: Having previously lived in the startup city Berlin how do you experience the environment for young entrepreneurs in Luxembourg?
CP: One of Luxembourg’s biggest advantages is its small, yet open, multicultural and collaborative ecosystem. Increasingly, Luxembourg will become more relevant in other areas besides fintech, its current key focus, benefitting from the significant efforts undertaken by public and private agents, and primarily building on the many entrepreneurial success stories. The start-up scene in Luxembourg is rapidly growing in various sectors and industries. The high-end ICT infrastructure (datacentres etc.) and the government strategy “Digital Luxembourg” is facilitating this strong development.
CT: The business model behind „artevie“ is quite unique and offers innovative solutions for companies in the process of digitalization, tell us more about it.
CP: Indeed artevie sarl is solving the problem of availability of digital expertise and specialized knowledge nowadays. With our resource solutions, we help companies to have the digital expertise available whenever they need it – with highest flexibility and speed. Through our knowledge brokerage services, we connect our clients with experts who have answers to their specific questions. Thus we help them to sharpen their thinking and improve their decision-making processes.
Until very recently, companies were using technology as an enabler, nowadays it’s the driving force to succeed, and this is a global change not only for IT firms. Availability of digital expert resources and specific knowledge are core success factors now and in future. Here we offer tailor-made solutions across all industries and within shortest time.
CT:…and what differentiates you from established consulting firms and specialized resource providers?
CP: Firstly we are highly specialized in digital expertise from knowledge to resources acting as a business enabler in an increasingly digital world. Secondly, we are continuously investing in our network, database and into developing a community in order to remain at the forefront of the digital development. The extensive network of international experts we have created is the result of an open exchange built on trust. This set up allows us to be faster, more flexible and creative, key aspects our clients highly value. Driven by this philosophy, artevie sarl is proudly the first and only knowledge broker in Luxembourg providing micro-consulting services – through knowledge search. You raise the questions – we deliver the expert with the answer. On a global basis and within 3 days lead-time.
CT: Businesswise you clearly seem to have discovered your niche, how about your private settlement in Luxembourg? Which one is your favorite district in the capital?
CP: I very much enjoy the Gare neighborhood, where I’m currently living. The area has an urban and multicultural setting and has been rapidly changing recently. Many of my favorite cafes, restaurants and flowers shops are a short walk from home!
