Enovos takes 10% stake in French energy firm Vialis
Luxembourg energy group Enovos has acquired a 10% stake in French energy provider Vialis, which is majority owned by the municipality of Colmar.
Enovos says it is interested in developing its energy activities in eastern France. Vialis is also a cable operator providing TV, internet and telephone services.
